Planning: Define the Project Teams
- ADDING POPULATION TO THE EMPTY TOWNS
- FIX THE MARKET RESEARCH (flickering, crowding, and group labels)
- IMAGES FOR THE Shoppers TEAM (4-6 people)
- there should be at least one image representing each of the
20 shopper types
- digital camera, arrange photo shoots
- Photoshop work: transparent GIFs 180 pixels tall
- upload to proper folder
- modify server code and database

- review, revise, improve the current online help
- content, how-to-play, and screen shots
- LESSON PLAN AND WORKBOOK TEAM (4-6 people)
- Develop a "demonstration path" to introduce the game (for us
and teachers to use)
- Develop exercises related to the game
- TECH SUPPORT, HELP DESK, AND INSTALLATION TEAM (4 people)
- TEACHER SURVEY TEAM (2-4 people)
- New features to add/delete
- SOFTWARE TESTING TEAM
- SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM
- develop Java code (for registration?)
